Bath...and the Roman Baths
The boys overlooking the Roman Baths. The baths were fed by a hot stream and date from around 25 AD.
This is a Roman lady visiting the bath being attended by her slave...who was very afraid of the Stanleys....but the lady thought they were very cute.
The Royal Crescent
We had lunch at Sally Lunn's. It is one of the oldest original buildings in Bath...around 1400.

Pirates in Bristol
Blackbeard the pirate is from Bristol. The boys saw this crew of pirates from the bridge.
Some of Jackson's favorite friends
We saw these stormtroopers (and Darth Vader but he didn't get in the picture) and Batman when we were in Bristol. They chased us and then "captured" us but decided to release us if they had their picture taken with Flat Stanleys.
Bristol, England
The boys in front of the first suspension bridge built in the world.
plane ride to England
The boys enjoyed a snack on the plane. The coke was .10 liter (about 3.5 oz or 1/3 the size can you get in the USA) and the plastic fork folded!
Czech Republic
The bears (next to trees) live in a moat, protecting the castle in Ceske Krumlov. The boys were happy they were on the drawbridge overlooking them.
