This is the Residence, a grand palace built for the Prince Bishop in the 1700's. There was a foyer large enough that you could drive a carriage into it pulled by 6 horse in and then circle in the foyer to the stairs. Unfortunately they won't you take pictures inside so you will have to use your imagination.
